A Disappointment Brief

The name. There’s a lot of cool stuff going on at our place, so what’s up with the disappointment? Well, it comes from our rookie attempts at farming, particularly chickens. Turns out, just about everything on the planet likes to eat chickens, and they suck at self-defense. Several years in a row we lost about 100 birds in one fell swoop (lol), and we figured the only thing we could raise for ourselves was disappointment.

In reality, things are pretty darn good, and we like irony, so there you go.

We like to do a lot of various things; travel, camping, making good food, hosting, and crazy construction projects around the homestead. Our friends are interested in what we are up to, and time is short so here it is!
